Integrated Membrane System
Development of an advanced water treatment system designed to process salt reject streams using a multi-stage membrane technology consisting of Ultrafiltration (UF), Nanofiltration (NF), and Reverse Osmosis (RO), integrated with a brine concentration system. The process efficiently separates impurities and concentrates dissolved salts, resulting in high-quality liquid brine that can be reused or further processed. This approach supports water recovery, reduces waste discharge, and improves overall process sustainability. The entire system is fully automated using Schneider M340 PLC as the main control platform, integrated with AVEVA SCADA for centralized monitoring, control, and real-time data visualization. All critical parameters are continuously monitored, with alarm management and historical data logging to ensure reliable and efficient operation. Additionally, the system is equipped with web-based monitoring, enabling remote access for supervision, analysis, and decision-making anytime and anywhere.
